Well sharpened and with a relief grind on the back/trailing edge, flutes are sharp too for good chip evacuation in deeper holes. I'm expecting these to stay sharp much longer than normal HSS drills, they go through acrylic, aluminium, cast iron and mild steel with ease and no need for pilot holes, although more accurate with. If they're good enough for doubleboost then it's excellent for me.

They are delivered coated with some factory sticky oil for corrosion protection. It can be cleaned with some mineral spirits. This is normal for many unfinished metal bits. Do not remove the coating if you are not going to use the drills. The cutting faces are formed correctly and the length is standard. Last ages drilling plastics and wood. These cobalt drill bits should be your last set of drill bits if you learn how to sharpen them. They are very hard and will cut lots of metal before giving

Заказал на замену своим старым. Если они действительно с кобальтом, то цена, довольно таки приемлемая! Упакованы были не очень, 3 пакетика, в месте с упаковкой, на фото всё видно. Из-за плохой упаковки, при доставке, покоцались друг о друга, но не критично! Заточка не скажу, что прям

My dad is very happy about them. Good quality. They drill metal like butter. Very good price to quality ratio. One drill in set wasn’t probably treated/coated cuz it has a different color.

Non so se sono paragonabili a delle punte cobalto di qualità, ma sembrano fatte molto bene, hanno i taglienti affilatissimi e rifiniti con precisione. Bisognerà provarle con diversi materiali

These Drill Bits are M35 Cobalt Steel, marked as such, and well made. Not in the same league as US made Drill bits but work very well Very satisfied with them
