This is the newest version, SMD is 13803K (113-13801-050), the hardware difference with 13801K is the resistance of R11 is 150 ohms.

Within 180 days

If there are any product quality problems which are not caused by artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, un official firmware or software modifications or any others causes of damage, we will cover the actual postage (according to the receipt you provided) only if it cost less than $40 (USD).
If damage occurred such as the display screen is broken then we can not offer warranty service. If you still would like to repair it, you can send the unit back to us. We will help by forwarding the item (if repairable) to the manufacturer for repair. You pay for all the shipping cost and the repair cost in this situation. If there is any other cost incurred during the process, it will be at your expense as well. We will send you a bill to show you the details of all costs before we send the unit back to you.

After 180 days from shipment

Any warranty service for any eBook reader will be rejected after the 180 day period has expired.

Return Policy

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Items

If the product (except DIY kits) arrived broken you need to contact us within 3 days from the day you receive the package. Then follow the 3 Day Product Guarantee.

About Unsatisfactory Products

If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase then you can return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund minus the shipping charges incurred by us or an exchange. You will be required to cover shipping cost both ways if the return is not a result of our error. Please make sure the item you send back to us is in the original packaging and the merchandise is in the same condition as when you received it.

  • This item is the genuine article. I emailed the serial number to JYE and asked them to verify its authenticity, it came back as an authentic JYE kit. The board in beautifully made and assembly took me about half hour. Remember to clean off the excess flux left over from soldering. I use isopropanol alcohol (70% - 90%) using an old tooth brush, and let it dry overnight before operating it. The assembly manual is very well made. You must use an ohm-meter (I used a component test in my case), to check the components before soldering each one. The chances of making a mistake this way is minimal.   • After I was done with soldering I connectet the wire for the testsignal and it worked fine. Unfortunately I can´t get a clear signal when i try to measure other devices. The displayed values for Vmax and the others are fluctuating between -40V to 45V for Vmax with 9V supply voltage. When I checked the voltages the voltage at L1 was about -15 V on both sides where it should be about -8V. I checked all the resistors but they were good. Also the inductors seem to have the right value when I can trust the colors. Does someone have suggestions for a soloution? By the way it was fun to solder and for that price I expected some issues.
