I had missed the power cord was not for my local sockets, will have to look for different cable of convertor. It is - according to description - 220V (although we might have 230V). Will see after assembling

hwij Worked right after assembly, voltage control worked opposite from expected (turning clockwise lowers the voltage). Got from pictures here that red wires on transformer are 230V, I could not tell from anything in package or indication on transformer.

hwij And blue LED is clearly on output, very bright when max (15V) and no longer visible around 2V
