One red LED doesn't work. It is made of cheap plastic with a chrome covering that will chip off in a short amount of time. It appears to be a resold, used, and damaged product. The package had tape wrapped around it and it was also stapled. The front of the package says that there are 'Blue LEDs' in it. On the back of the package, 'Red' is check marked as what is in the package. I ordered 'Red' LEDs.The instructions on how to install it are covered by a label. The stranded wire is bad quality. The wires do not wrap around each other well.
