I bought a larger size because I wanted it loose. When I tried it on it seemed very large and I thought I would have to put some more buttonholes in. I decided to wash it and dry it gently outside first. I’m glad I did because it did shrink a bit and it became the perfect size, without any need for alterations. Rink a bit and it was then the right six

I has not shrunk after washing and drying. I like them roomy so the size large is baggier and more comfy if you like a baggy look. The medium is a little more fitted on me.
