Bueno,por fin ha llegado...la pedimos el 24 de noviembre y resulta que después de haberla pagado nos dicen que no queda en stock,que lamentan no poder enviar el pedido a tiempo y que lo enviarán lo antes posible.El servicio de atención al cliente es pésimo,primero te tienes que molestar en preguntar e intentar entender lo que te dicen en inglés, segundo hablas con una máquina que tiene preguntas y respuestas predeterminadas y cómo preguntes algo fuera de las preguntas que ellos tienen ,no te contestan nada...total...que hemos tenido que esperar más de un mes y recién ha llegado hoy 8 de enero. Era un regalo de papá noel y no llegó ni para Navidad,ni para reyes...lo bueno es que la silla es preciosa,a mi hijo le ha encantado y la relación calidad-precio es buenísima.

The assembly was easy and without great difficulty. The quality of the materials is good, and the eco-leather coating has NO strange odors (as in some other cheap chairs). NB. the gas piston is in class2.

La sedia risulta come da descrizione e foto sul sito. Il montaggio è risultato agevole e senza grosse difficoltà. La qualità dei materiali e buona, e il rivestimento eco-pelle NON ha odori strani (come in alcune altre sedie economiche). NB. il pistone a gas è in classe2.

Chegou em uma semana pela DHL e ligaram-me à chegada (pois estava ausente). A cadeira dá algum trabalho a montar, mas há um vídeo na internet que ajuda um pouco nesse processo. O material não é de grande qualidade e o conforto não é assinalável, mas a relação preço/qualidade é boa, considerando os preços de outras cadeiras gaming. O apoio dos braços, além de subir e descer, também "abre/fecha", o que é mais um aspeto positivo.

The chair is very good, solid. Looks strong, durable. Nice and comfortable. He's only got minor flaws: - the pin wrench added to the assembly is defective, the corners are worn off at the first screw. I had to use my own, that was fine. - the sewing has slipped off in one place. - in some consoles the thread is defective, you can't fold the screw in, you had to adjust it with a thread drill. +they gave 2 different spare screws - one of the plastic sheeting plates was broken into the box. It wasn't broken during transport because the box arrived unharmed...

A szék nagyon jó, masszív. Erősnek, tartósnak tűnik. Szép és kényelmes. Apróbb hibái vannak csak: -az összeszereléshez adott imbuszkulcs selejt, már az első csavarnál lekoptak a sarkai. A sajátomat kellett használni, azzal nem volt gond. -a varrás 1 helyen szétcsúszott. -némelyik konzolban a menet hibás, nem lehet a csavart belehajtani, ki kellett menetfúróval igazítani. +adtak 2 különböző tartalék csavart -az egyik műanyag takarólemezt törötten tették bele a dobozba. Nem szállítás közben törött el, mivel a doboz sértetlenül érkezett meg...
