This my 1st pet feeder (WiFi version) is a beautiful, very useful, and functional device and can be fully controlled by a smartphone app. Your pet will be happy because it will eat at scheduled times without delaying a meal. You can also view your feed history on your smartphone at any time. The feeder is powered by D type batteries and also via mains. The downsides are the high price and the short operating time from the batteries if there is no power. It would also be better if the feeder sent an alarm to the smart phone when the pet food was at its end.
