I have ordered a lot of 5 of these to check out the build quality first. I am happy to say that these are very solid foot switches that would likely serve as very good replacements in prefabricated stomp boxes but also serve well in new builds and prototypes. The metal envelope and button itself are solid metal cast riveted to plastic casing through a small PCB. The contacts are large and easily accessible. Keying is provided via a slot cut down the outside of the threaded envelope.
