dandan its not a fraud, If dont get your products it might be because the country you live in, ex here in mexico is in the national postal service where the pkgs get "lost" some times ("lost" aka stolen) so if thats your case dont blame the seller and be careful with the things you buy, track them, when they get to your city be a pain in the ass to the postal service to make them deliver your stuff, also you can ship your stuff to another country to a friend or relative

iandreoni for me, no problems with banggood delivering products in Brazil. When I have got a problem they promptly solved the issue either refunding me or sending it again. Why don't you put your issue in a clear complain? I am always doubting of this kind of complains.

mique59 I have never had a problem with Banggood and I buy a lot and live in Holland. before you put such a negatieve review here, you should have contacten customer service. They always fix the problem and it is probably your own Postal service.
