Yes I'll admit it, I'm getting old and my eyes ain't what they used to be. (what is?) I've installed two of these strips, one above each side of my workbench. What a difference it makes. I'm no longer complaining about sore eyes at the end of the day. Soldering is much better, I can see what I'm doing. I installed one white and warm white and the mixture gives a good clean viewing light. I really do recommend them. I do suggest attaching a suitable heatsink strip because they get extremely hot.

I used these to replace two - two tube florescent lights in my RV. They were a little long, so I cut them at the joint. Works fine and more light and no flicker. Ordering more to replace the others.
