This is a great little unit. I have it controlling a strip of NeoPixel LEDs. The required app is called LED DMX. I made the mistake of trying to pair this unit within the Settings app of my iPhone. You do not do it this way. You pair it within the LED DMX app only. There you can make all kinds of selections for working with your LEDs. This little unit surprised me greatly. One tip though, the LEDs respond better with a higher chase rate. I found that some LEDs would misfire and not be the right color when the chase rate was too slow.

The Bluetooth automatically connect once the app is on. good to test your number of Pixels. Need to have custom name of the pattern would be nice.
