Very well made and a good rugged feel to it. This feels like it would be pretty waterproof, it would certainly stand up to a downpour. I can think of so many uses for it, the obvious is to keep in the trunk of your car in case if a breakdown. I also do a lot of solo hiking, could be vital in being found should weather or injury leave you stranded somewhere remote.

Could have a stronger magnet on it. I had to add a stronger one on it... For the price i paid it should have been better as for the lights their AWESOME!!!

I tried the flashing blue emergency and it was perfect .very visible over 300 meters even with the rain on my truck with the magnet does not move with speed over 60km Bang thanks god

Disappointed to discover that the yellow ones that I have ordered were not very bright as advertised. Upon inspection I discovered that the units are in fact being powered by 2 x AA Batteries instead of the CR-123 battery as advertised.
