Adjust the 1:1 assistance power, each gear has different max output power, 0 gear-shut down assistance, (only mechanical work) . 1-5 power rate
1 gear 20% speed
2 gear 40% speed
3 gear 60% speed
4 gear 80% speed
5 gear 100% speed
Under each gear the no-load speed will be full.
Unique power assistance gear design, can adjust the power without limit the speed.
Use the power supply reasonably, and extend the range, provide different power according to different road condition,
make your riding very comfortable. The other competitive products has power assistance gear but to adjust the speed only,
never considered controlling the current, that waste the power and miss-stepping will happen.
Unique low power mode design will control the discharging when power is low.
The battery will be easily damaged when power is low. When you are riding, if power is low, that will appear ‘stop-and-go’. This model has low power control mode to solve this phenomenon to protect your battery and make your riding comfortable.
Can adjust speed limit-use the spin button to adjust the max rotate speed of motor accurately.
Controller function brief introduction:
1. Speed control handlebar throttle: can connected with common handle bar, potentiometer, pedal accelerator,
default start stationary state: green signal wire has 0.8v voltage, when reach to 1v, bike moves, and reach to 3.4v,
bike reach to full speed, if 3.6-4.2v, bike will not move.
2. Brake and cut off power-low level brake, connect with brake handle switch, after the operation of mechanical brake,
cut off signal into controller, the controller is cut off power.
3.Speed limit adjustable-adjust the motor maximum rotating speed at any rate by turning button,
mainly used to adjust bike top speed, or rotative speed difference of two motors.
4.1:1 power assistance –this function mainly used on pedal electric bike, (which with assistance sensor and Magnetic encoder on pedal axis),
pulse signal of different frequency is sent by pedaling harder or slower, the controller push motor turing
5.Led meter-has function bellow: indicate battery level, output power, speed, assistance gear adjust and indicate,
singe range, cruise, failure, historical range, running time, wheel rotating speed…
6.Self learning- connect power cable, motor phase wire, hall wire, main switch wire, handle bar wire, learning wire,
switch on power and bike lock, the motor will start to work. If the turning direction is right, please cut off learning wire.
The learning is finished. If direction is opposite, please cut off learning wire, the motor will switch direction automatically, work 2-3 seconds, cut off learning wire, the learning is finished.( attention please !cut off learning wire after learning)
7.Cruise- default setting : keep bike rung at a speed for 6 seconds , it will start automatic cruise .
if u need manual button to control, can be connected directly, if you donot need cruise, just disconnect the connector .
8.The main switch default setting-short circuit. Connect and power on it will work. If bike has key lock, take off the short circuit connector, will be ok.
If bike with battery level indicator, connector the indicator with yellow wire.
9.Other functions can be made to order. Such as start at non-0 gear, reverse, burglar alarm and so on
Controller software function introduction:
1.Match with various brushless motor, such as high speed motor, differential motor, wheel hub motor,
ebike deceleration clutch motor, and other motors that commonly used on ebike, scooter, e car and so on
2.Start no noise, from 0 to full speed need only 1.5 seconds.

2.Automatically indentify motor phase and angle. You can learn with debug wire. operation method: connect power cable,
main switch wire, motor wire, hall wire, handle bar wire, learning wire, switch on power and bike lock,
