Unfortunately the controller arrived damaged. I did not return the item as it would have been difficult to determine if the item left the factory like that or it was damaged en-route and given the cost of the controller and the hassle involved it did not seem worth it. Given my experience with Banggood, I'm 100% certain they would have exchanged the item without fuss had I asked. I still think the controller represents good value for money despite my unlucky experience.
