If you want to use your Mobius as a webcam you will need an UVC driver. This UVC isnt supported by Android 4.4 and above. As I found in the internet 4.3 supports UVC. Android 4.4 owners have to root theire tablet or phone for this. If you want to use this cable to set parameters on your Mobius with an app, it will work with the app "Mobius ActionCam". Dont forget to create a syscfg.txt on the sdcard of your phone or tablet.
