It was not working properly. I had to disassemble to pieces to find that a little spring was not in its place. I finally had it all fixed and now works properly. It does get a little bend when you finally attach it to the uniciycle

Hi, I received this very quick and was very happy with how it looked but once I had "unfolded" it, I could not fold it back. Has anyone had this problem? How do I get a new one? Thanks, Ophelie

I got the item as displayed. But the handle would not fully collapse after it was extended. In the photo the handle can be fully collapsed. But when I extended the handle, I could not make it short anymore. Something is stuck.
