Its a really good and well built product. Does the job if you practice with it 30-60 minutes per day (not in only one session). You'll see the diffrence after 2-3 days. Helps to strengthen your fingers and also improves your coordination, but please be aware that (as ALL product like this) if you abuse it and try to get strength fast, its a big chance to develop Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

Much better than the old spring grip things from the 80s. I like how you can set the tension for each finger. I don't play guitar but my doctor suggested I get one of these to help with the cramps in my hands from working on a computer all day. It helps! Rubber pad on bottom and each finger "key" is comfy and doesn't slip.
