Reptile heating pad received in perfect condition. Working when plugged in, arrived with a adapter to convert to correct country plug. Easy to just replace the plug as well. Heating temp controller works from 36 degree upwards to 40 degree + (96.8F to 104F+) Good size heading pad.

I'm not sure what's going on. The mat doesn't seem to work. The website saide it was 120V, but the mat says it is 240V. But whatever. . . it doesn't work.

Ordered this product when I (finally )arrived it was the wrong size and didn't even work . Then they asked for pictures I sent those in then they asked for a video (really) so I lost out on money and time terrible
