Yep poor little guy has the lense glued on sideways. If I slap it a few times and then the dial just right it will put out a bright beam. Most of the time it puts out no or little last light but if I look (indirectly) at the last I can see a little light. I'll perform surgery on it eventually =\

This 5mw laser has a strong, clearly visible green beam, but it's focusing function did not make the dot grow large enough for it to burn anything, If it could make the dot a little larger, I'm pretty sure it would light a match.
