1 Bust

4 Hollow to Hem
This is the length from the bottom of the clavicle (It is the hollow at the base of your neck, you can see from the picture.) to your heels. You should stand upright and your feet should keep together.

5 Shoulder To Waist:
Start the tape at your shoulder and go down over the top of your nipple to your waist line.(the waist line is refer to the natural waist).
