  hello i order one cellphone this is the order number # 13705 i have problem with your cell phone when i put sim card inside the phone dont see that i put it dual sim and nothing work can you said to me where i must send this phone to you tankyou for answer best regard

  the first thing is you must reset your cellphone to makesure whether is your sim card's prob

  if ur already reset cellphone and makesure that the cellphon's sim card slot is ok

  hello i have big problem with your cell phone when i put sim card the cell phone said invalid sim card , i dont anderstand because 3 days ago it's work i reciev call and i done calling , and now impossible so can you tell me how we muwt do i need to resend you back this item this is my adress mail: prixreduit@live.fr Thx for give to me answer maybe we can see a solution together about this problem if you want i can buy a other product in your stor even i need to add more money i waitning for your answer thx best regard

  hello i bought one cellphone like this one at the bigging is work normaly but now this phone don't work with this sim( sfr in france Corsica), the SIM card is good i trye to put it in 1 other cellphone is work normaly so your cell phone have problem can you tell me what i must do recsend this back to you ?

  reset your cellphone or check your cellphone's sim card slot whether it is broken
