Device is working when connected to PC and 12V power source, but DVD 1 is unreadable and that is a big problem! A thin paper bag for DVD is a weak protection when a package travels across the globe, and without software device is useless. p.s. I tried to read it on four different DVDs without success, DVD 1 dead. Can someone from Customer service contact me so that we can try to resolve this issue?
