Took just a few minutes to install, works perfectly with a 2006 European version of Mazda 3. Plugged it to the CD Exchanger port in the radio and it worked out of the box. After hitting the "CD" button, the radio LCD shows "EX 1:1", which is the radio AUX IN interface. Plug anything to the minijack (I use my smartphone) and You're good to go ! The only thing I would fancy is having a female minijack plug, because the cable may wear after some time and I'd rather have it firmly in place and just connect a male-male minijack cable to that. Not an issue though. Works perfectly !

Simple to install and works right away in Mazda Premacy 01'. Cords are long so it's easy to find a place for this little box. Would buy again.
