I was confused about how these work so I tried a continuity test and had no continuity. After doing research I found out that there is actually a 1M ohm resistor in line as there should be. It works as it is intended. Thanks

The strap is very tight. I must admit I have large hands and I had problems putting it on. But it worked and it isn't that tight that it hurts. Maximum stretch diameter is about 7.5cm (roughly 3 inches). Impedance is a proper 1MOhm
