This customer was very hard to deal with. Would not reply back to emails. I tried to help her with the item. But she replied back 2 months later on July 25, 2016. She received the item in May of 2016. She said her 13 year old son took it on a Boy Scout camping trip and it tore up. With holes in it and the strap broke? I offered to help her. But she replied back, a month later. I told her I do not do business this way. It is way after the 30 day return policy. You saw the return policy on the description, before you bought this item. You needed to abide by that return policy. I will not refund your money, or send another bag that you would like to choose from on my website. I do not do business this way. You needed to comply and do the right thing, but you did not do that. As far as I am concerned, this matter is closed, and no refund due. I have sold this particular bag before, and have had no complaints from the buyer.

I love this pack -- ultra durable and a ton of room, plenty of packing options with various straps and pockets. I bought two of these i luv 'em so much!! Just be gentle with the zippers!!
