They are better then I expected. Except for the velcro that does not hold and it cames off it really does help with wrist pain, and sometimes after I wear it for long periods I feel like my hand is burning (it does say not to wear it for extended periods) but it makes the pain go away.

Когда одела на руки сначала ни чего не почувствовала однако через 2 минуты почувствовала тепло. Когда эти протекторы одела под бандаж на работе тепло выделяемое турмалином согревало суставы кисти рук. Сохранила ощущение лёгкости и главное отсутствие боли.
